Ticket prices for Arizona's final home game before moving are reaching astronomical figures

Amid rumors that Ryan Smith, owner of the NBA's Utah Jazz, is working on acquiring the Arizona Coyotes, today there is information that the team's general manager, Bill Armstrong, has flown to Edmonton to inform his players about the possible relocation of the team to the neighboring state of Utah, specifically to the city of Salt Lake City.

As a result, ticket prices for Arizona's final home game before the move are reaching astronomical levels. Just a few days ago, prices started at $100, but today they are already asking for $1250 per ticket. Interestingly, some scalpers are selling tickets for as much as $10,000.

It's worth noting that Arizona will host the Edmonton Oilers in the final game of the NHL regular season on the night of Thursday, April 18th. The team has long-lost its chances of making it to the Stanley Cup playoffs, and currently sits only in 13th place in the Western Conference standings.
