Back in July 2021, Austrian defender David Alaba moved from Bayern to Real Madrid. However, all this time he did not part with his estate in Munich, but decided to do so only now.

According to Bild, Alaba has been living in the Bavarian capital in a house that was built back in 1936 for director Otto Falkenberg. It has been renovated several times, and now offers the buyer ten rooms and five bathrooms in an area of 1,817 square metres. Realtors have valued this estate at 6.7 million euros.

The estate agent writes in the advert: ‘Thanks to precise planning and execution, the unremarkable detached house has been transformed into a modern and well-designed living concept and has thus become a wonderful home for the whole family. Overall, the villa exudes a cosy and stylish ambience.’

It can be recalled that Alaba is currently recovering from a cruciate ligament injury and is scheduled to return to the Real Madrid squad as early as November
