Three more footballers from the Italian national team have sustained injuries

Midfielder Manuel Locatelli has departed from the training camp of the Italian national team due to an injury, as reported on the Football Federation's website.
Team head coach Luciano Spalletti revealed that several other players are also dealing with health issues. Kumbulla has a swollen ankle, Cristante is facing muscular problems, and Jorginho received stitches on his head after the last game. It is likely that the Italian national team will call up additional players to the training camp.
Recall that, in addition to this trio, injuries have been sustained by Napoli goalkeeper Alex Meret, Milan defender Davide Calabria, and Atalanta defender Rafael Toloi. Calabria and Toloi were called up by the head coach of the Italian national team, Luciano Spalletti, for the first time.
The Italian national team is scheduled to play against North Macedonia on November 17 and against the Ukrainian national team on November 20. None of the three players participated in the first encounter with the Ukrainians.
Currently, the Italian national team occupies the third position in Group C of the qualifying stage for Euro 2024, with ten points after six matches. The Ukrainian national team holds the second position with 13 points after seven rounds.
