Three coaches of the Ghanaian national team were involved in an accident. What is their condition?
Former Premier League and Ghana national team player John Paintsil was involved in a car accident along with two other coaches.
According to journalist Obed Asamoah, Paintsil, along with Ghana's head coach Otto Addo and goalkeeping coach Fatih Dauda, were returning to the Ghanaian capital after a cup match when their vehicle collided with a pickup truck. All three were taken to the hospital.
The Ghana Football Association has released a statement regarding the condition of the three staff members.
"All three members of the technical team are in stable condition and will undergo further medical examination upon their return to Accra," stated the Federation.
Next week, Ghana will face Angola and Niger in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. It will be determined after their medical assessments whether they will be able to attend these matches.
It is also worth noting that the Ghana national team is interested in signing a young talent from Manchester United.
