For years, Thibaut Courtois has showcased top-class performances and is widely regarded as one of the world’s elite. This time, he was asked to name the best goalkeepers in the world at the moment.
Details: In an interview with COPE, the Belgian goalkeeper identified three keepers who, in his view, are performing at the highest level right now.
Quote: “The three best goalkeepers in the world right now? I’ll step aside (laughs). Oblak in third place, Alisson, and David Raya,” Courtois said.
In the same interview, Thibaut also noted that this year they have witnessed tremendous growth from Mbappé, adding that it is now clear the Frenchman has become a true leader.
