Thiago Alcântara, currently part of Hansi Flick's coaching staff at Barcelona, is in no rush to launch his solo managerial career. Likewise, Raúl González, who recently left Real Madrid Castilla, has opted not to take charge of a new club just yet.
Details: According to journalist Matteo Moretto, both Thiago Alcântara and Raúl González Blanco have declined Levante's offer to become the team's head coach. The club is searching for a replacement for Julián Calero, who departed his post earlier.
While the search for a new manager continues, the team is currently being led by the interim duo Del Moral and Iborra, who remain at the helm of the first squad.
Levante is actively considering other candidates and hopes to appoint a new head coach soon.
Notably, Levante currently sits at the bottom of La Liga, having collected just 9 points so far.
Reminder: Levante dismissed head coach Julián Calero following a disappointing defeat to Athletic Bilbao (0–2).
