Following a defeat in LaLiga's 14th round against Athletic Bilbao, the relegation zone underdog has been left without a head coach.
Details: Levante's press service announced the dismissal of head coach Julián Calero. The specialist took charge of the team in the summer of 2024 and led them in 58 matches: 25 wins, 17 losses, and 16 draws.
This season has been a disaster for Levante. After 14 rounds, the team sits second from bottom in the table with just 9 points. Club management admitted the situation demanded changes, despite the coach's previous achievements.
The new head coach has yet to be named.
Reminder: Several English giants have begun monitoring Levante forward Karl Etta Eyong.
