Ticket prices have been revealed for the Argentina–Benin match, which will be Lionel Messi’s final game for the national team. The encounter will take place on October 6, 2026, at the Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires. The Argentine Football Association will dedicate the match to bidding farewell to its 39-year-old captain.
According to The Touchline, ticket prices will depend on the section. Prices start at around $19, while a regular General Admission ticket will cost $59. Seats in the upper tier are priced at $119 or $211, the middle tier at $211 or $316, and the most expensive lower-tier ticket is valued at $296. As a result, the priciest options cost more than 16 times the minimum price.
The match against Benin will be part of a series of Argentina friendlies following the 2026 World Cup. Before that, the team will face Bolivia on September 30 in Córdoba and Burkina Faso on October 3 in Buenos Aires.
The game will be a special one for Messi, who announced his decision to retire from international football after more than two decades representing Argentina. With the national team, the forward won the 2022 World Cup and the Copa América twice—in 2021 and 2024.
