Yesterday morning, the schedule for Premier League matches in April was announced. Yesterday, we discussed how Liverpool fans were furious about the upcoming schedule.

Manchester City fans are also displeased with their team's calendar, all due to its uncertainty.

Pep Guardiola's team will travel to Brighton on Thursday, April 25th. However, City confirmed that the match could be moved to one day earlier, specifically Wednesday, April 24th, if they advance to the Champions League semifinals and their match is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30th.

Manchester City will only find out if they will make it to the Champions League semifinals on April 17th, after the second leg match against Real Madrid. Thus, fans may have less than a week to change their plans, book hotels, and buy tickets to Brighton. In addition, they will have minimal time to prepare for their team's away match in the Champions League.

Fans left less than favorable comments on social media:

"This is nothing short of a minor disgrace.

City's away game against Brighton is rescheduled for Thursday, April 25th. But if City advances to the Champions League semifinals, it may be rescheduled again for Wednesday, April 24th, with less than a week's notice. A scandalous decision by all parties involved."

Another added:

"So, a week to rearrange the trip and possible accommodation options."

Yet another wrote:

"What a mess. A belated announcement, but dates are still not definitively determined."

Most of all, City fans are puzzled as to why the Premier League simply cannot schedule the match against Brighton for Wednesday, April 24th, as will happen if the "Cityzens" advance to the Champions League semifinals.
