There is already an agreement in place. Arsenal striker joins another London club

Forward Eddie Nketiah has been struggling to get regular playing time at his current club and is actively seeking a new opportunity this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Nketiah is set to become a Crystal Palace player shortly. The Eagles have already agreed on all the contract details with the player, and negotiations between the clubs are in the final stages.
The transfer is expected to be officially announced in the coming days.
Earlier this summer, Nketiah was in talks with Marseille and Nottingham Forest, but neither club could reach an agreement with Arsenal.
Last season in the Premier League, Nketiah made 25 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 2 assists.
In the first two rounds of the new Premier League season, Crystal Palace has failed to earn any points, suffering defeats against West Ham (0-2) and Brentford (1-2).
