There are two candidates. Real Madrid is looking for a replacement for Ancelotti

Real Madrid has still not decided on the future of its coach Carlo Ancelotti, writes The Athletic.
According to the source, the club cannot decide whether to count on the Italian coach in the new season.
Earlier, there was information in the media that after the end of the season, Ancelotti might leave Real Madrid and accept the offer to lead the Brazilian national team. At the same time, no one officially confirmed this information, which confuses the leaders of the Spanish team.
Despite the fact that the Italian could indeed have contacts with the Brazilian national team and Ancelotti, the Madrid club expressed its readiness to extend the contract with an experienced specialist.
At the moment, there are no official negotiations on extending Ancelotti’s contract, but, as the source writes, they could start at the beginning of the new year.
If Ancelotti does decide to change jobs, Real Madrid have already chosen two likely candidates to replace him. This is Bayer Leverkusen head coach Xabi Alonso and Brighton coach Roberto De Zerbi.
