Ugandan soccer player Ronald Sempala has big goals for his first season with Kenya Premier League team Sofapaka FC. He wants to score the most goals and help his team win trophies.

In a special interview with a Pan-Africa Football, Sempala talked about his plans: "I want to be the top scorer for the club, compete for the league's best scorer award, and help Sofapaka fight for prizes this season. It hasn't been easy to adjust, but I'm ready to work hard and stay focused."

The 24-year-old joined Sofapaka without a contract after playing well for Lugazi FC. He was important in helping them move up to the Uganda Premier League last season.

Sempala has already made a difference at Sofapaka, scoring three goals and giving two assists in just six games. His performance has helped the team move up to 9th place in the league with 18 points from 14 games.

Sempala is focused in wearing the Uganda Cranes shirt in addition to winning at his club. "Every player aspires to play for their country. To get there, I'll keep putting in a lot of effort," he continued.

Sempala's outstanding start might help Sofapaka realize his aspirations of both individual and team success as he looks to move up the league rankings.
