The top scorer of La Liga is in talks with Serie A clubs

The top scorer of La Liga, Artem Dovbyk, has been in contact with Serie A clubs.

The Girona forward and Ukrainian national team player revealed that his agent is communicating with Italian clubs, although he did not disclose which ones specifically.

"Clubs from Serie A? My agent is in touch with them. I always see this, but it's already become routine. I react calmly to it," Dovbyk said.

In his debut season for Girona, Dovbyk scored 24 goals in La Liga, becoming the top scorer in the elite Spanish division in the past campaign.

Among the contenders for the Ukrainian, Chelsea, Arsenal, Barcelona, Milan, Inter, and even Manchester City have been previously mentioned.

It was previously reported that those interested in acquiring the Girona forward would need to pay €40 million. This is the release clause stipulated in the Ukrainian striker's contract, which comes into effect this summer. The Catalan club's management will not consider a lower amount.
