"The title race continues," Liverpool coach speaks out about match with Burnley "The title race continues," Liverpool coach speaks out about match with Burnley

Liverpool head coach Jürgen Klopp commented on the match of the 19th round of the English Premier League against Burnley, BBC reports.

According to Klopp, Liverpool's path now seems like they are throwing obstacles in front of themselves and then trying to overcome them.

"We played incredible football but only led 1-0, which was very strange. But that happens in football. And at the most difficult moment in the match, we made it 2-0. Great. A superb goal from Jota. Endo could also have been a contender for the player of the match, the way he played," Klopp said.

He also mentioned that the team will have two days off to spend time with their families. Liverpool played five matches in ten days, with the next one scheduled in five days. Klopp also commented on the disallowed goal of his team.

"As for the disallowed goal - only those who have never played football can consider it an offside. It's madness when you see it. Why do referees create their own view of something? We all watch football and need referees, but we need them to correctly interpret the rules," Klopp shared his emotions.

He added that the title race is ongoing, and it's enjoyable. According to him, things will still change, but that's normal.
