The team of the best players of the week among the top 5 European leagues

The authoritative Italian publication La Gazzetta dello Sport presented a list of the best 11 football players among the top 5 European football leagues based on the results of last week.

It included only two representatives of the English championship, three players from the Spanish championship, two representatives of the French Ligue 1, two players of the German championship and two representatives of the Italian Serie A.

Goalkeeper: Alban Lafont (Nantes).

Defenders: Daniel Carvajal (Real Madrid), Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund), Daley Blind (Girona), Alejandro Grimaldo (Leverkusen).

Midfielders: Alexander Golovin (Monaco), Luis Alberto (Lazio), Douglas Louis (Aston Villa).
