The Premier League has named the best player of the season

The English Premier League has named Phil Foden of Manchester City as the best player of the 2023-24 season.

According to fans and experts, Foden had an outstanding season, surpassing competitors such as Erling Haaland (Man City), Alexander Isak (Newcastle), Martin Ødegaard, Declan Rice (both Arsenal), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool), and Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) in the voting.

This season, Foden played 34 matches in the Premier League for Manchester City, scoring 17 goals and providing eight assists.

Additionally, the Premier League announced that Chelsea's midfielder Cole Palmer was named the best young player of the 2023-24 season. The 22-year-old player scored 25 goals and provided ten assists during this campaign.
