Recently, the football player shared a video on his social networks with a preacher who called for a "black day for the Jews." This video was created on the occasion of the events in the Gaza Strip in Israel. It was the distribution of this video that became the reason for the football player's detention.

Earlier, 27-year-old Atal already made a public apology for publishing this video. Despite this, the French League 1 banned the Algerian player for seven matches.

Almost immediately after publication, the African football player deleted the video, but the club still decided to temporarily suspend the football player until further information is received.
