Legendary Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal has announced his retirement from professional tennis. However, he has one last tournament ahead—the Davis Cup—and this has sparked an incredible frenzy among fans.

Details: According to Sport.es, ticket prices for the Davis Cup have skyrocketed. Tickets that were priced at €60 just 24 hours ago are now being resold for as much as €2400. Moreover, resale websites have no tickets listed for less than €1500.

On the official website, all tickets for the match featuring Spain and Nadal sold out incredibly quickly. Spain will face the Netherlands in the quarterfinals, scheduled for November 19.

Reminder: Nadal is a 22-time Grand Slam champion and a former world number one. Throughout his 23-year career, he has amassed 92 ATP titles.

The news of his retirement prompted reactions from Novak Djokovic, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, and even football legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
