Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek is on the verge of continuing his career at Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany's Bundesliga. The Dutch footballer may move to a Bundesliga club on a loan basis, as reported by the well-known football insider Fabrizio Romano.

It's reported that Eintracht is leading the race for Van de Beek, and the clubs are in advanced negotiations. Girona is also interested in loaning the player. However, the Catalan club offers less favorable terms to the player compared to the Germans.

Previously, Juventus expressed interest in having the midfielder among their ranks, considering him an alternative to Paul Pogba and Nicolò Fagioli.

Van de Beek is keen on leaving Manchester. He's unsatisfied with his role in the team, especially since under Erik ten Hag's guidance this season, he has only participated in two matches for the Manchester-based team and has only played for two minutes in the Premier League.

Van de Beek moved to Manchester United from Ajax in 2020 for a transfer fee of almost 40 million euros. The 26-year-old Dutch national team player has played 62 matches for the Red Devils, scoring two goals and providing two assists. His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2025.

Eintracht currently holds the seventh position in the Bundesliga. In their last match, the team defeated Bayern Munich with a score of 5-1.
