The local Indomitable Lions end their training camp with a win and a draw

Coach David Pagou's players were held to a draw by AS Fortuna before beating Canon Sportif at the military stadium.

In training camp since 6 March in Yaoundé, Cameroon's local players ended their gathering on Tuesday 10 March 2026. As planned, they ended with two friendly evaluation matches. The first match pitted David Pagou's proteges against AS Fortuna, a Cameroonian first division club. However, no goals were scored during this match. The two teams left the field with a 0-0 draw.

The local Indomitable Lions played their second match against Canon Sportif, another club from the Cameroonian elite. But unlike the first match, this one had a winner. David Pagou's team beat Canon Sportif 1-0. Konrad Nfanseu scored the only goal of this friendly match.

These two friendly matches officially mark the end of the training camp for the 30 local players who have been together since 6 March.
