The legendary Thomas Müller has achieved a unique milestone among outfield players at Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich is playing an away match in the 28th round of the German Bundesliga against modest Heidenheim.
This match holds special significance for the veteran of the Munich team, Thomas Müller. For the 34-year-old forward, this match marks his 700th appearance in the club's jersey.
Müller has become the first outfield player in Bayern's history to reach this milestone. Only former goalkeeper Sepp Maier (709) has played more matches for FC Hollywood than Thomas.
It's worth recalling that at the end of last year, Müller signed a new contract with Bayern that runs until the summer of 2025.
Thomas Tuchel's team currently occupies second place in the Bundesliga table and has effectively lost its chances for the championship. On April 9th, Tuchel's team will play the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals against Arsenal.
Earlier reports indicated that Bayern's management had held discussions with potential candidate for the head coach position.
