The former world tennis leader, 22-time winner of Grand Slam tournaments, Rafael Nadal, emerged victorious in an amateur golf tournament held in Mallorca.

The 37-year-old Rafa clinched the championship with a seven-stroke advantage. Nadal participated in the tournament in 2020 (finishing fourth), 2021 (sixth place), and 2022 (runner-up).

This year, the tournament featured 75 participants. It was previously announced that Rafael Nadal withdrew from the ATP 250 hardcourt tournament in Doha.

Nadal missed the entire year of 2023 due to an injury sustained at the Australian Open in January 2023. Last summer, he underwent hip surgery. The Spaniard returned to the court at the Brisbane International, reaching the quarterfinals but succumbing to defeat against Jordan Thompson. During that match, Rafael suffered a muscle injury, which led to him missing the 2024 Australian Open tennis championship.
