"We are up against the reigning champion. This team knows what to do. They know how to win. They have dominated on their court for the past few years. They have an MVP on their team. They have assembled high-level basketball players with high IQ. Moreover, they have a great coach," stated LeBron James.

Recall that last season, the Lakers and the Nuggets met in the playoffs at the conference finals stage. This year, they will face each other in the first round of the playoffs.
