The hero of the Brentford vs Arsenal match thanked the fans for their support

In yesterday's match between Arsenal and Brentford during the thirteenth round of the Premier League, only one goal was scored. Kai Havertz, who came on as a substitute in the 79th minute, capitalized on a pass from Bukayo Saka in the penultimate minute of regular time. This goal proved to be the sole and winning strike for Arsenal in that match, elevating them to the top of the Premier League table for the first time this season.

Following the game, Havertz posted on his Instagram page, expressing gratitude to the Arsenal fans who supported his move to the team. The photo was captioned: “BIG win on the road!! Thank you for all the support. Another big game to prepare for now”.

Undoubtedly, Havertz has been contending for a place in the lineup since his transfer from Chelsea for £65 million. However, it's evident that Arsenal supporters are backing him, responding to Mikel Arteta's requests. The Arsenal coach will hope that his trust in the German player continues to be rewarded after yesterday's match.
