Chelsea's head coach Mauricio Pochettino commented on the condition of forward Christopher Nkunku.

During the pre-match press conference, the Argentine specialist stated that the French footballer continues his recovery and is currently not training with the team.

"At the moment, he is not training with us. No setbacks. He is recovering, and it's taking longer than we expected. We hope he can return to action as soon as possible," said Mauricio Pochettino.

Incidentally, Chelsea aims to reward their top scorer Cole Palmer with a new contract on improved terms. The London club seeks to significantly increase the player's salary, which currently stands at around £80,000 per week.

Additionally, Real Madrid goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga will not remain in Spain.
