In spring 2023, Chelsea decided to part ways with Graham Potter as head coach. Currently without a job, he now has a potential opportunity to continue his career.
Details: According to Football Insider, Potter is among the candidates for the managerial position at Everton. The coach himself is reportedly interested in leading the Toffees if the chance arises.
Reminder: Everton has yet to secure a victory in the current Premier League season, having earned just one point from five matches, placing them 19th in the table.
Remarkably, this marks the first time in the history of the top English division that six different teams have failed to win any of their first five league games. Wolverhampton, Everton, Southampton, Ipswich, Leicester, and Crystal Palace have all yet to win in the new Premier League season.
Last season, the Toffees finished 15th in the Premier League table, distancing themselves from the relegation zone by fourteen points.
