Barcelona's head coach, Xavi, is at risk of concluding the current season prematurely in his current position.

As reported by journalist Diario Sport, Javi Miguel, Xavi faces potential early dismissal if Barcelona does not overcome Napoli in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16. Earlier, Xavi announced his intention to depart Barça upon the season's conclusion.

In such an event, Rafael Marques, the head coach of the youth team, could temporarily assume leadership until the season's end. Nevertheless, the club will appoint a new coach during the summer regardless.

It is reasonable to recall that the first leg against Napoli in Italy concluded with a 1-1 draw. The return fixture is scheduled for the upcoming Tuesday, March 12.
