Until 2020, Danish striker Martin Braithwaite represented not the most high-profile clubs until he ended up at Barcelona. And although he has not done well at the Camp Nou, but big-name teams continue to show interest in him.

The 33-year-old forward spent the past two years at Espanyol, scoring 22 goals in the Segunda last season, which, according to Mundo Deportivo, has attracted considerable attention both in Spain and abroad.

If we're talking about Spanish clubs, there's interest in signing Braithwaite from Getafe and Valencia. There is also Greek PAOK, whose argument is the performance in the Champions League.

But, the biggest interest in the 33-year-old striker comes from the English Premier League. The newcomers of the league, namely Leicester and Southampton, as well as Everton want to sign him.

If the Dane ends up at Goodison Park, it could cause some confusion as the Toffees already have a player with a similar surname, Jarrad Branthwaite, who could leave the club this summer.
