Manchester United transfer target has a higher price tag than previously thought

It was previously reported that Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite had a financial valuation of £70 million, but as it turns out, that was only the lowest valuation of the player.
At Goodison Park, according to Sky Sports, they are comparing the 21-year-old centre-back to other high-profile transfers - Josko Gvardiol, Harry Maguire and Wesley Fofana - who were sold for much higher sums in the last transfer window.
Hence, it's no wonder that Manchester United's starting transfer offer in the region of £35 million and bonuses remained rejected. Overlaid on that is the fact that Everton are counting on Branthwaite and intend to keep ego in the transfer window.
This is despite a statement from the club's director of football Kevin Telwell, who said players will be sold this summer as Everton try to improve their financial position in terms of stability and sustainability rules.
