The ex-Barcelona and Liverpool midfielder will return to Juventus in the summer

Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo, who is currently on loan at Fiorentina, will return to Juventus in the summer. This was revealed by the player's agent, Federico Pastorello.

According to Pastorello, Arthur's salary is too high for Fiorentina, so he will return to the Turin club in July.

It is reported that Arthur is happy in Florence, and his buyout clause is unlikely to be activated due to the price tag. Perhaps later the clubs will sit down for negotiations.

The Brazilian moved to Fiorentina on loan for €2 million last summer. The Tuscan club has the option to make his transfer permanent for €20 million. The former Liverpool midfielder earns €4.5 million plus additional payments, and his contract at the Allianz Stadium expires in June 2026.

Pastorello also spoke about another of his clients, Alex Meret, stating that his contract with Napoli will be automatically extended.
