The leading scorer of Borussia Dortmund, Donyell Malen, is set to leave the club in the winter transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
According to the insider, the Dutchman had contemplated a transfer in the summer but decided to leave now due to the return of Jadon Sancho.
It is known that negotiations for Sancho's return from Manchester United on a loan basis are already in the final stages.
To find a new club, Malen recently changed his agency. He is now a client of SEG (SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP), which also represents Rasmus Hojlund, Cody Gakpo, Marten de Roon, Viktor Tsygankov, Sergio Gomez, and Daley Blind.
In the current season, Malen has scored 6 goals for Borussia Dortmund in 23 matches in all competitions, matching the goal tally of Niklas Fullkrug, making them the top scorers for the team.
