Borussia Dortmund is actively negotiating with Manchester United regarding the loan of forward Jadon Sancho.

According to German journalist Florian Plettenberg, discussions are underway for a potential six-month loan deal with Dortmund eager to bring back their former player. However, the final decision rests with Manchester United.

The English winger was excluded from the United first team back in August due to a conflict with Eric ten Hag. Reports indicated that Sancho was awaiting new club ownership before making a decision about his future.

Sancho moved to Manchester United in July 2021 from Borussia Dortmund, where he spent four years. The transfer fee amounted to £73 million, and the Englishman signed a contract with the Red Devils until 2026.

In the current season, the 23-year-old winger has only played three matches for Manchester United. Since his transfer, he has participated in 82 games, scoring 12 goals and providing six assists.
