Details: According to Record_Portugal, Benfica's management is well aware of the rumors about the possible departure of head coach José Mourinho and has already lined up a replacement should those rumors prove true.
Benfica could be set to appoint 48-year-old Portuguese manager Marco Silva, currently at the helm of English side Fulham, who may soon become available.

Media reports suggest Mourinho is being seriously considered for the head coach position at Real Madrid, while Silva's contract with Fulham expires at the end of this season.
