The contract expires in the summer. Giroud said whether he leaves Milan

The forward of the French national team and Italian Milan, Olivier Giroud, who has recently received a disqualification, reflected on the topic of his future.
According to the experienced striker, he would like to continue his career with the Milan team. As you know, Giroud’s contract with Milan runs until the summer of next year, and so far the parties are in no hurry to extend their cooperation.
“Personally, I would like to continue playing in Milan. My contract expires in June, but I have not yet had a meeting with representatives of the club, we have not talked about the future.
I'm inclined to want to stay because I think I can still help the team. I didn’t set any age restrictions for my career,” Giroux was quoted as saying by leJDD.
The French forward has been playing for the Italian team since 2021, and before that he played for the English Chelsea.
In total, Giroud took part in 100 matches in all competitions, in which he scored 40 goals and 14 assists.
According to the Transfermarkt portal, the French national team player's market value is now 4 million euros.
