Bayern Munich's head coach, Thomas Tuchel, will leave the German club at the end of the current season.

According to Bild, the German coach will receive compensation for the prematurely terminated contract. The Munich team will have to pay between 10 and 12 million euros. This is the amount Tuchel would have earned under the contract for the next campaign. The current agreement with Tuchel is valid until the summer of 2025.

Bayern Munich is currently in second place in the Bundesliga table, with 60 points, trailing the leader by ten points. Additionally, they have been eliminated from the German Cup and continue to compete in the UEFA Champions League. In the quarterfinals of the tournament, they will face Arsenal.

By the way, Bayern Munich and Leroy Sané are continuing to work on a new contract for the winger. Negotiations between the parties have not been extensive yet, so the final decision will take some time. However, Bayern Munich intends to keep Leroy Sané in the team.

It has also been reported that Bayer Leverkusen's head coach, Xabi Alonso, has made a decision regarding his future for the next season. Despite interest from Bayern Munich and Liverpool, the Spanish coach will stay at Bayer.
