The Los Angeles Clippers have extended their contract with head coach Tyronn Lue, making him one of the highest-paid coaches in the league.

The new five-year deal, worth $70 million, gives the 47-year-old coach one of the highest salaries in the NBA. Lue took over the Clippers in October 2020, replacing Doc Rivers. Under his leadership, the team reached its first Western Conference Finals, where they lost to Phoenix (2-4). Following that, the Clippers made playoff appearances in 2 out of 3 seasons.

It's worth noting that LeBron James's son continues his preparation and aims to start his NBA career. Bronny is set on joining the premier basketball league and eschews a return to the collegiate level.

Recall that recently Bronny participated in a training session at the Los Angeles Lakers' facility. He showcased his skill set during the session, which was attended by LeBron, Anthony Davis, league executives, and some NBA stars.
