Today, June 4, the South African national team will play their opening match of the COSAFA Cup against Mozambique. The lineup that Bafana Bafana will field for this clash has now been revealed.
Details: Head coach Vela Khumalo has named the following South Africa squad for this match.
- Starting XI: Mbanjwa, Dithejane, McCarthy, Okon, Moralo, Dlamini, Letlapa, Sebelebele, Mkhize, Barns, Letsoalo
- Substitutes: Mpoto, Msani, Mpholozi, Duba, Ramabu, Shabalala, Radiopane, Mngonyama, Gkaba, Nemtajela, Johnson, Mkaba.
Reminder: This year’s edition will be held from June 4 to June 15 and marks the 24th COSAFA Cup in history. Mangaung (Bloemfontein) will host all matches. Angola are the reigning champions and will be defending their title.
