Liverpool headed to London for the 34th round match of the English Premier League, where they faced Fulham at Craven Cottage. The visitors couldn't afford any mistakes, as a slip-up would almost certainly have left them out of the title race.

The Reds started the match well and opened the scoring midway through the first half. Trent Alexander-Arnold's phenomenal strike from a free-kick left no chance for the Fulham goalkeeper. However, Liverpool couldn't go into halftime leading, as Timothy Castagne's excellent shot beat Alisson to make it 1-1.

Liverpool regained the lead early in the second half when Ryan Gravenberch's precise strike found the back of the net off the post. Diogo Jota then sealed the deal and set the final score on the scoreboard.

After this match, Liverpool leveled with Arsenal on points but trails them on goal difference.

Fulham 1-3 Liverpool
Goals: Castagne 45+2 — Alexander-Arnold 32, Gravenberch 53, Diogo Jota 72.
