Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen is playing his 400th match for the Blaugrana.

On Friday, March 8th, the Catalans play their 28th La Liga match against Mallorca. This game holds significant symbolism for Barcelona's goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen. For the German player, it marks his milestone 400th appearance wearing the "blaugrana" shirt.

On May 22, 2014, ter Stegen moved to the Spanish Barcelona to replace Víctor Valdés, who left the club. The transfer fee amounted to €12 million, with a five-year contract signed, including a release clause set at €80 million.

On September 17, in his first match of the Champions League group stage against APOEL (1-0), ter Stegen made his debut in official matches for Barcelona.

On October 20, he extended his contract with Barcelona until June 30, 2025, with a clause allowing a buyout for €500 million. On November 24, ter Stegen reached the milestone of 100 "clean sheets" matches for Barcelona after an away match in the Champions League group stage against Dynamo Kyiv.

Together with the Catalan team, Marc-André has won La Liga five times, the Copa del Rey five times, the UEFA Champions League once, the UEFA Super Cup, and the FIFA Club World Cup once.
