The Telegraph, a reputable British publication, has revealed the compensation amount that clubs would need to pay Brighton for Roberto De Zerbi if they wish to recruit the coach.

According to the source, teams would have to pay £12 million for the 44-year-old Italian coach.

Roberto's contract with the Seagulls runs until the summer of 2026. He has been coaching the English team since 2022, having moved from Shakhtar Donetsk.

It was previously reported that both Chelsea and Bayern Munich are interested in De Zerbi. Interestingly, Roberto is seen as an alternative option for Bayern if they fail to sign Xabi Alonso.

Currently, Brighton sits in 9th place in the Premier League table for the 2023/24 season, with De Zerbi's team amassing 39 points.
