"That's the most important thing." Maresca addresses rumors surrounding Enzo Fernandez

Chelsea's midfield maestro Enzo Fernandez has long been the subject of exit rumors, with reports suggesting that the Blues are determined to resist any approaches. The latest insight into the situation came from head coach Enzo Maresca.

Details: Maresca made it crystal clear that Fernandez is a pivotal figure in his tactical setup, improving with every passing day, and has no intention of leaving the club.

Quote: "He is a key player for us. He's one of the captains, a leader, and has been excellent. Next season, he can become even better, starting from day one. There's nothing to say about speculation. He is focused on us, and that's the most important thing," Maresca told Sky Sports.

Reminder: This season, Fernandez has featured in 44 matches for Chelsea, scoring seven goals and providing 13 assists. Previously, the Argentine was linked with a move to Real Madrid.
