Thapelo Maseko thrilled with his FC Copenhagen Europa Conference League debut

Thapelo Maseko has expressed delight in making his Europa Conference League debut for FC Copenhagen.

Maseko's Danish side won the game 4-1 against Finland's Inter Turku and the Bafana Bafana international was instrumental in that game.

He joined the Scandinavian giants two weeks ago on a four year deal from Mamelodi Sundowns after a turbulent spell at the Pretoria club.

"Yeah amazing, amazing feeling a wonderful feeling to play in front of the FC Copenhagen fans, it was incredible, almost like I’m dreaming, I’m thankful to the guys, the warm reception welcome to the club – they have been amazing,” Maseko said after his UEFA Conference League debut, as per FCK.

"It’s always a great feeling to play my first time in Europe, it was wonderful, there isn’t many words I can use to express how I feel right now but I’m very happy!”
