“Thank you”: Salah expresses gratitude to fans for birthday wishes

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah celebrated his 33rd birthday yesterday. Having received a flood of birthday wishes from fans, the Egyptian forward took to Instagram to post a heartfelt thank you.
Salah shared a photo of himself beaming alongside a birthday cake, captioned with the words, “Thank you for your birthday wishes.”
Currently, the Egyptian is enjoying his offseason break, as Liverpool did not qualify for the FIFA Club World Cup, which has already kicked off in the United States.
It's worth noting that Mohamed, despite what is considered a veteran age in football, remains in top form and delivered a sensational performance last season. He was Liverpool’s standout leader, guiding the team to Premier League glory.
Throughout the past campaign, the Egyptian featured in 52 matches across all competitions for the Merseyside club, netting 34 goals and providing 23 assists.
As a reminder, at the end of the season Salah also signed a new deal with Liverpool, extending his contract with the club for another two years.
