Barcelona's main goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen is currently recovering from a cruciate ligament injury, working to regain optimal condition. In fact, the German is eager to get back into action.
Details: The goalkeeper has set a goal to return to football this season to be ready for Germany's matches in June. He is confident about regaining his previous form.
Quote: "Yes, sometimes we talk with the coach (Julian Nagelsmann), and he asks how the recovery is going, Oliver Bierhoff is also interested in how things are progressing. It's important for them that I return and play with the club. And then we'll see what happens in the summer. Of course, I would be happy if it happens.
But, as I said, the most important thing now is to return and play, and to reach my best level. I have no doubt that I will achieve that level. With my current training and physical condition, I think I'm on the right track," Ter Stegen said in an interview with Diario Sport.
