Tennis legend Boris Becker admits he has shrunk by 8 cm in recent years

Boris Becker, the legendary German tennis player, has revealed on Netflix’s Celebrity Bear Hunt that he has significantly lost height over the years due to multiple surgeries.

"It’s not noticeable now, but I used to be taller. I've lost eight centimeters due to operations on my hips, knees, and ankles," Becker explained.

Previously standing at 193 cm, Becker now claims his height has dropped to 185 cm.

During the same interview, Becker reflected on his past fame, comparing it to the current global stardom of singer Taylor Swift. The former champion noted that at his peak, he was a constant presence in German media, with people obsessively following his daily life, meals, and social interactions.

As a reminder, Boris Becker remains the youngest-ever Wimbledon champion, having won the title in 1985 at just 17 years old. He retired from professional tennis at 32, finishing his career with six Grand Slam titles.
