Super Eagles Camp Update: Onyemaechi, Ajayi Exit Turkey Camp Ahead of Jordan Clash

Super Eagles defenders Bruno Onyemaechi and Semi Ajayi have both been excused from the team’s training camp in Turkey on compassionate grounds.

Onyemaechi was granted permission to leave camp to be with his Portuguese partner, who recently gave birth to their first child. Meanwhile, Hull City defender Ajayi missed a training session before also being allowed to depart due to personal reasons.

Despite the absence of two key defensive players, head coach José Peseiro Chelle has opted to continue preparations with the players currently in camp rather than call up replacements.
