Bafana Bafana flew without their assistant coach, Helman Mkhalele, today.
The national side left for North America as they are in their final preparations of the World Cup as they face hosts Mexico in the opening match next Thursday.
Bafana's visa troubles came to the fore yesterday when they could not leave for the tournament with almost the entire without visas.
But the intervention of the government ensured speed processing of the visas and the team left today but without head of security, Mdu Mbatha, and assistant coach, Mkhalele.
