Stellenbosch FC coach Gavin Hunt does not agree with how Safa recruits coaches for Bafana Bafana

Gavin Hunt has weighed in on Safa's undertaking to find Hugo Broos' successor for the Bafana Bafana coaching job.

Hunt disagrees with Safa's invitation to potential suitors to apply for the post as he believes coaches must be hunted by the powers that be at Safa House.

This has discouraged him from having an ambition to coach Bafana in future.

“Why should you apply? They should be headhunting. Exactly, exactly,” he responded.

“And also, who’s appointing people? That’s the first problem, isn’t it?

“I’ve been in three interviews, and I’ve seen the people that interview. So, good luck…”
