Star reinforcement for AmaKhosi. Kaizer Chiefs offered the chance to sign South Africa winger

South African club Kaizer Chiefs have been offered the opportunity to sign 27-year-old South Africa winger Elias Mokwana.

Details: According to sports outlet thesouthafrican, the speedy winger has left Tunisian giants Espérance and returned home in search of a new challenge. The player's representatives contacted the Soweto club's management directly, proposing a free-agent deal that would spare the club from paying a transfer fee.

Kaizer Chiefs' bosses are carefully assessing the financial viability of the agreement and the player's suitability for the team's tactical requirements. The arrival of an experienced wide creator could prove key to boosting the attacking potential of a side struggling for goals in the domestic league.

It is worth noting that Elias Mokwana made a major impact in the South African league with his prolific performances for Sekhukhune United, before moving to the Tunisian powerhouse in the summer of 2024. The forward has also played in the Middle East on loan in the Saudi Pro League and remains a regular presence in the South Africa squad, renowned for his explosive pace and unpredictable dribbling.
