Juventus is very interested in bringing Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah from Liverpool during the next summer transfer window, as reported by Italian news source Calciomercato.

The Italian club based in Turin wants to use Salah's goal-scoring ability to help them become one of the best in Europe again. This puts more pressure on Liverpool, as news on Thursday showed that talks about renewing Salah's contract have stopped, and his current contract ends in June 2025.

At 32 years old, Salah is still scoring a lot of goals and is currently the second-highest goal scorer in the Premier League with eight goals, tied with Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford) and Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest). He is four goals behind Manchester City's Erling Haaland.

As people talk more about his future, Salah is focused on leading Liverpool in their next Premier League match against Southampton on Sunday.

With Juventus wanting to rebuild their team and Salah's contract situation not solved, the summer transfer window could see one of the most important moves in European football.
